| 63991 | 2002-07-21 04:11:00 | If I ask a question via a post & I get two replies ( for example), I can print them. If I look later & see that there is another reply (or more) I have to print the whole thread again or can I just print the new ones?. Is that a Yes or a No Folks? Thanks.. Poppa John :D :D | Poppa John (284) | ||

| 63997 | 2002-07-22 04:16:00 | Hi Poppa John, well i can tell you (Cut & Paste) - it will be easy for a pro like you poppa john!!!! All you do is highlight the area you want to copy (or cut out and paste elsewhere) then just right click and you will have the option there to : Cut or Copy - Click on that e.g Cut will remove it, copy will just copy the highlighted text not remove it. Then open the document or position the cursor where you want to paste it to - Then right click again - and paste option is there - click the paste and it will be inserted where you left the cursor. Presto !!! You do come across the odd program that it doesn't seem to work with e.g some of us have had some probs with cut and pasting of Clipart - But it usually works well with most. You will have probably come across the term copy to "Clipboard" - well this is what the Clipboard is (the memory that holds items being cut and pasted from one place to another). Another thing is the 3 commands of Cut, Copy and Paste also can be found in the edit Menu. :-) (i even use it for putting these in :-) !!! | J ZEP (336) | ||
| 63998 | 2002-07-22 07:38:00 | Very well put J Zep...... before I realised how easy to cut and paste, I used to type everything out methodically | dot_com (558) | ||

| 64000 | 2002-07-23 01:54:00 | Re cut and paste,I sometimes have to save a page like this one to cut and paste off it.This is to save advice into AZZ cardfile.While online,select-cut seems to work,but when I go to paste on AZZ page near the cursor nothing comes up on the page.The cursor moves forward a bit,but nothing comes up on the page.As I said it works sometimes!! Any clues? Thanks,Neil. | Neil McC (178) | ||
