| 63985 | 2002-07-21 04:01:00 | I just bought a skt478 p4 mobo made by Microstar(ms-6391) along with a p4 1700 cpu. I can't get it to power up properly,fans on the cpu and agp card go and trys to access harddrives but thats it. the monitor keeps tell me its working and to check my cables and computer. Can anyone out there help! |
