You can download AutoShutdown 2.0 from www.downloads.com and this is what the website says... AutoShutdown is a Windows system shutdown/restart/logoff manager with many powerful capabilities. It allows quick, controlled shutdowns of single or networked PCs. The program can be set to perform an action at a specified time each day of the week (shutdown, restart, logoff users). It can also be configured to perform an action if a PC is inactive for a predefined period of time (ie no mouse or keyboard activity). AutoShutdown's other features include emptying the recycle bin and cleaning up temporary files, detecting remote access connections and the ability to shutdown network PCs for users running Windows NT. | 64459 | 2002-07-23 04:40:00 | Yes there is First Run Group Policy; you can get to this from Tweak UI Computer Configuration Windows Settings Security Settings Local Policies Security Options Then Scroll down until you find Network Security: Force logoff when Logon hours expire. Double click that and select enabled I think This should work :) |

If the other users have a screen saver, you can set it up so that when the screen saver is stopped it loads back into the welcome screen. to set this up go to Display Properties; ScreenSaver; and then tick the On resume, display the Welcome screen | NathanTheKind (472) | ||
