| 64399 | 2002-07-22 21:17:00 | i've got winME on drive 0 and winXP on drive 1 (removable). XP has just been installed and has put a bootloader onto drive 0. how do i go about removing the bootloader from the winME drive? there's more to it than just removing boot.ini i suppose? ta gareith |

| 64400 | 2002-07-22 22:26:00 | By what I understand You only have one boot ini file, it controls the dual booting. If you delete it you may not be able to boot up. If you don't want to boot up into Me anymore in XP you can change the boot up setting. You can set it to 0 so that it ignores Windows Me altogether. :) |
