| 64199 | 2002-07-22 05:27:00 | I just got WinMX 3.22 and tried to use it on Windows XP Pro, but no searches would come up, so i tweaked around with the TCP connections bit and managed to get searches, but when i went to download some of the results, it would get to the "Waiting for network connections", then it would time out. I tried this on multiple connections (dial-up E3), but the same thing happened. I also tried this with KaZaA, but same thing. A friend of mine suggests something to do with XP, but I had already completely disabled the firewall. What is going on?!?! | jay_db (1157) | ||

Put it on "secondary connection" and when I rebooted, it came right. Try rebooting a couple of times and if it still doesnt go, let me know and we will go through all the settings. Cheers. |
