2002-07-22 05:17:00 | You will need to buy it. Have a look on the Trade Me site & you should find one available - or borrow from a friend - highly illegal !!! Bye

2002-07-22 23:25:00 | Why in the world would u want to down load or even use M$ Word , when there is a better alternative on the July CD that is free. (OpenOffice.org 1.0) And u can even save your work in M$ format. Something M$ cant do. :) cheers merlin-nz ;)

2002-07-23 01:04:00 | You can download a viewer here (www.microsoft.com) if you only wanted to view the file and not edit it.. | honeylaser (814) | |
2002-07-23 01:13:00 | it will go kind of fast Jack cos peer2peer networks utilize the idle bandwidth that u have and also the files r compressed, i had a neighbour who downloaded ms office xp in one day on 56k modem, the size was only like 20-30mb. it works perfectly, but he is beging me not to dob him to ms. :D :D :D :D :D cheers, v.K--------- :D

2002-07-23 05:41:00 | thanks for yur reply. Thing is, can you read MS Word docs with this application.? Cheers

2002-07-23 05:45:00 | The OpenOffice application does read MS Word. Quite well (not perfect, as a heavily graphic infested report has some format oddities) but normal documents are fine. Latest formats (Word 2000/XP OK as well) Price is right as well......
