1307573 2012-10-21 02:49:00 Ok. I used the suggestion by jcr1 and I'm most impressed. I rounded up a few iso's as my options and all went well, working right off the bat.
Thanks to jrc1... top marks!

1307574 2012-10-23 00:42:00 My comments in a previously edited post seems to have gone un-noticed.

Hiren's BootCD 15.1 includes mini-XP which is pirated software. If you require help with this application then you cannot ask here as it is against the forum rules.

Thanks for the heads up Jen. I had not thought of Mini XP as pirated because Hirens has used it for so long. I would have thought that Microsoft would have squashed them by now if they objected.

Microsoft and other companies object to pirate software all the time. That is why there is no piracy at all.

1307576 2012-10-24 01:13:00 Just an update.

UBCD4windows doesnt work with yumi usb creator tool.
However, I've discovered on the UBCD4win forum, there's detailed instruction on setting up, in great detail.
So I post this for the benefit of any who want UBCD on a USB.
I'm going to get a new USB stick shortly and give it a try.

Others have said 'good luck' in holding that argument up in court. Hiren's have cleaned their act up - in earlier versions a good portion of the included software was commercial and used illegally.
