| 1469080 | 2020-05-29 03:14:00 | wainui. Thanks for your previous guidance. I managed to get VX2476 and very pleased with it but what a job trying to adjust the brightness. They don't make it easy. As I know you are familiar with this model which is the easiest way to make this adjustment. (As matter of interest my previous Viewsonic VX2235wm lasted just under 12 years) |

I can't see any arrows anywhere and the mouse doesn't help. Why have they made all these things so difficult. Where is an 8-year-old when I need one.? |

I can't see any arrows anywhere and the mouse doesn't help. The arrows to move around the options are the buttons on the monitor, they will be near the button you pushed to get into the menu. The buttons will be badly labled so to make the buttons near impossible to find :) It may not be a clicky button , making it harder to find . Your mouse wont work for this |

| 1469085 | 2020-05-29 05:35:00 | Just looked on my Sons, the buttons are on the under edge on the right hand side, as 1101 advised, as my son said not labelled only got tiny Icons. Just found this review -- Scroll Down the page, after the "putting together" Under OSD Menu it shows what the buttons do and the menu options. www.enostech.com On a side note: Got a Surprise this morning, a pellet load of AOC monitors showed up :D:D Had to make room in my workshop ;) |

| 1469086 | 2020-05-29 06:32:00 | I think that review will be of some help. Picture looks pretty good, and the only thing I would like to play with would be the brightness. Ok on the AOCs. They must have just got back into the factory. Mine was manufactured 15.04.2020. Guess the AOC will be similar. I would have been happy with either model but as I got 12 years out of the old Viewsonic thought I would stick with the same brand. |

| 1469087 | 2020-05-29 06:51:00 | Yes the Viewsonics my sons got, it was WOW compared to the old one he had, same reaction when I put in the AOC. The AOC does come with a CD containing Software to adjust as well as the buttons on the Monitor, had to decrease the Brightness as well, to bright . Looked for similar for Viewsonic, and while I found drivers it didn't mention specifically "Software" www.viewsonic.com (downloads near top Right or scroll down to bottom of page) |

| 1469088 | 2020-05-29 23:11:00 | What a pity Viewsonic doesn't supply Software to make adjustments. Out of all the monitors I have had over the years this would be the most difficult to learn how to adjust. | Pato (2463) | ||
