A little bit of slang and variation can be fun but make sure you get your point across, politely and clearly, that is the most important 2. Remember that most of us here are volunteers, happy to help and get help, don't treat us like some nitwits who don't understand you. 3. State your computer problems in a more exact way. Give details for people to work on. What OS do you use, what sort of hardware, what programs do you run? Can't help if we don't know. 4. If you haven't got any friends try being more friendly yourself. A little bit of kindness and consideration can come back ten times over. 5. Keep smiling. :) |
