65302 2002-07-26 09:39:00 The idea is to buy a nice sturdy case and mod it to suit.

Cool Cases (http://www.coolcases.co.nz) have stuff for it, and can do it for you.

Trust me, if you want to start a small business, you will need roughly 10 grand. I could probaldly cut it down to 7 though.

Right now, I don't even have 10 dollars to buy the glue...

I reckon you could start on what you want to do with 2 if you mod your current PC first.

I am running a small advertising and printing business that I started in May part time while studying at uni.

Up front capital - $600.

Return on investment after three months - the percentage starts with 2 and has two more digits.

Granted, capital injection not the same when purchasing computer parts.

OK, maybe I was exaggerating a little. I am currently trying to get a PC repair / website design business up and running. It's hard to do with no money. Being deaf doesn't really help much either...

Q: What mods can I do to my laptop?
A: Hmm.. with ten bucks? Dunno - buy a cheap can of spray paint?

I have a sticker on my laptop - "This is it, I don't have another computer!"

Get my drift...?

and $10 (which I admit I don't even have that) could hardly be called venture capital ....

Like I said, I put $2 aside each week to buy PCWorld..
