| 65519 | 2002-07-26 02:50:00 | I have set up ICS on a XP Pro server connected to the Internet via a ADSL modem on jetstream. The clients are two WIN 98 SE machines. The LAN works fine. The clients show they have an Internet gateway connection but when I open IE6 I find I can only open some sites and not others. e.g. Windows update site works fine but Xtras home page doesn't. Even if I type the IP directly into the address bar, I can't connect. The server connects to all sites OK. I am trying to get to a remote desktop adress from the clients. It works from the server. The ICS firewall on the server has been unchecked with no difference. Cheers |

Check out the MS knowlegde base or if you have no luck here then post the question to a Win XP server newsgroup. Cheers Berry |
