Sounds like its either a printer problem or in the on-board setup somewhere, make sure any settings via the menu have the right paper size selected? If it happens on self-test then it should eliminate the PC driver *I think*. Whats the history, always done it or just started, is it networked via a jetdirect or similar? |

If so, it shouldnt relate to the PC operating system. If on the other hand if you mean "the test menu" under printers on the PC, we are all at cross purposes. On the printer menu on the PC is the only place you should be looking at this stage, double check here that the separator page is not selected, and that paper size is A4, remember to "apply" when exiting. Please clarify what you mean by the printer test menu. |
