| 66132 | 2002-07-28 01:08:00 | i am sure it's free. I think you ring 123 and menu it from there. I remember that they only guaranteed 9600 connects a few years back so if you get 14400 connect on a 56k modem they would say "not our problem" how bad it you line?? |

| 66134 | 2002-07-28 05:57:00 | Hi Mark,ring 120,faults,and get them to check your line.Tell them your internet connection is slow,and they should know what to do.Just a word of warning though,if a tech comes out and proves it to your equipment(phones,modem etc) and they belong to you,not Telecom rental ones,then they will charge you $81.If it is proved to Telecom equipment(their phones,internal wiring,as long as you have a wiring maintenance contract,) then it will cost you nothing.Also if you mean slow as in 45000,instead of 50000,then I wouldn't bother,as Telecom will say there is nothing wrong with it.
