| 66397 | 2002-07-29 08:01:00 | Further to my problem from yesterday. I am trying to reload Off XP over Off 2000 where Off Xp was there first. I am getting the following error message. “Unable to open your default email folders. The .Dll file for the information could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.Dll. Be sure the service is correctly stalled and configured” Excell, Word etc are OK. My OS is win 98 se. Any help would be appreciated. |
