| 66395 | 2002-07-29 04:56:00 | I currently use an outlook express mail rules to filter out mail that isn't my own, it is as follows Apply this rule after the message arrives Where the To line contains 'person@xtra.co.nz' or Where the CC line contains 'person@xtra.co.nz' Do not Download it from the server But I have recently upgraded to outlook xp and I cant seem to make a rule that does the same thing, at best I can only make it download all the mail and then forward it to the other person, which isn't a very good option. | 66396 | 2002-07-29 07:20:00 | I have had a quick look on my machine, I use XP (don't ask why). It doesn't look good. Have you considered returning to Outlook Express? They have quite different featuresets and OE is really intended for people downloading from an ISP whereas Outlook isn't, it is expected to be used with Exchange Server (or similar). robo. |
