| 66251 | 2002-07-28 12:50:00 | The correct question is: Does Linux support the following modems :D As far as I know, the Motorolla is a generic modem type. Not sure about the others. (Pragmatic = problems) There is ongoing development towards getting Linux to run Winmodems, last time I looked, most drivers were in beta development. |

The motherboard - despite being integrated - does perform amazingly well, so it'd be my best option. I'm trying to design a system which can be sold for under $1000. I'm $61 out so far! | 66256 | 2002-07-29 11:54:00 | There are drivers for rockwell/connexant ones at www.mbsi.ca there are also some offical ones for the HSF at connexant but they are just older versions from mbsi. The linmodem site doesn't seem to have been updated in a while. |
