I'd do a site about the same size as mine for zip. I also don't mind doing stuff for non-commercial sites for free. But I'd have to charge you if you're going into competition with eBay... On the other hand, if I don't charge, and you like the service, I will still accept doations :D Let me know the nitty grittys and I'll give you a quote. You might be surprised. I had it in my mind that I could put a website on my Xtra connection, have been thro Xtra's homepage & cannot see how. Did look at MSN but you have to use their "Communities" format. Am now questioning my need for a site, was mainly for UK relatives to view NZ & Photos. Any comments mate? Would have to be a Frree site otherwise I will not be able to go to the Pub from WINZ!!!!!!! You won't find 'free hosting' anywhere on their site (maybe I'm going blind as well) but I got it but just joining up anyway. Its free for 10Mb What you're after as far as a website goes, is fairly simple enough for me to do free, as long as you don't tell my wife! I can arrange it so that you will be able to upload what you want and manage your pics / WHY that is already on there. |

For example, you might want to upload a bunch of shots of the grandkids, and then a month later add some of a relly, and the next week remove the grandkids shots (after deciding everyone has seen / downloaded them) and using that space for something else . Oh, and just in case, WHY = What Have You :D |

Sweet as :D Yep, send the logo via email, in whatever format you like, as well as any other details you think are relevant eg Background colour, Headings colours, graphics etc if you want. Or I can surprise you and design something, and see if you like it... |

I have set up the account, and put a file index.htm in the htdocs folder. Is this how it works? How do I get the page to redirect to index.htm if the url is entered in by itself. url is www.knightguider.orcon.net.nz file is at www.knightguider.orcon.net.nz/index.htm A quick tutorial on how to get started would be appreciated.
