| 66641 | 2002-07-30 03:00:00 | Hi, me again Having said that the pci modem is working, we are finding that: 1. It dials up OK 2. It does the logon name/password bit fine 3. It takes ages in the "logging on to the network" part, then 4. once on, download speeds are as fast as before! Is there a setting that needs changing that would cause a slow logon (ISP = paradise in Waikanae through Telstra subscriber) Ta |
