66632 2002-07-30 01:24:00 Restart it in safe mode, or even in DOS mode, find the file and then delete it, It's in use by another app, so it won't let you delete it, rename it, or generally modify it.
Hope that works

66633 2002-07-30 01:30:00 did you download the file with Kazaa or a similair P2P program??........if so make sure that is not running in the background .......try using the ctrl, alt, delete and closing down whatever is running that is not necessary dipstick01 (445)
66634 2002-07-30 04:59:00 If it will still not delete even after a restart, then go start, programs, accessories, and open command prompt.

It will probably open in the MY Documents folder so to navigate your hard drive do this.

Type cd then the directory path.

eg.

cd c:\my documents\movies

then type

del thefileIcantdelete.avi

Making sure you replace 'thefileIcantdelete.avi ' with what the file is actually called.
