| 66610 | 2002-07-30 00:03:00 | How can I remove ALL my data from my computer before selling it? | Ernie (1262) | ||
| 66611 | 2002-07-30 00:09:00 | Economically, only by removing the hard disk drive and destroying it with a sledgehammer. Then buy a new drive and reinstall everything. Is your data sensitive? If not, reformat the drive and reinstall your operating system from the original disks. Download the replacement video/modem/etc drivers and reinstall. Experts could still access the data if one paid enough. |
