There is a way to send an email to multiple addresses without all the other addressees appearing on the top of the email,can anyone refresh my memory??

66877 2002-07-30 23:52:00 Put 'em in the BCC field. You may have to go to Options to show the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field. Bere in mind ( :) ) that everyone will see the address in the TO: field. Since an address has to be in there, you can put your own. Elwin Way (229)

66879 2002-07-31 01:18:00 hmm.. I think this depends on what software. I have had instances (with OE I think) where the To: field had to be filled in. Might vary from version to version too. Elwin Way (229)
