| 66850 | 2002-07-30 11:57:00 | I have successfully installed ADSL on my PC (XP) and using my LAN enabled ICS on my second PC (W2000). For reasons I'm not sure about, a few days later ICS and the LAN became inoperable. I have now successfully reinstated the LAN from scratch but although the LAN works just fine and ADSL works on the server here, the second PC can't gain internet access. I have reinstalled TCP/IP on the W2000 PC and reinstalled the ethernet adaptor on the XP server, but still nothing. I have told the W2000 PC that it needs to use the LAN and clicked the ICS box on the XP PC. Nothing. Assistance appreciated. |
