66994 2002-07-31 23:58:00 Hi, you could do this a couple of ways. You could make a proper form that pops up at each point to insert data, but this requires a bit of VBA code. The easiest way is to just create bookmarks in the document then use the up/down arrows in the scroll bar.

-Create Bookmarks-
a) Put the insertion point where you want the bookmark then select
b) Insert|Bookmark from the Menu. Name the bookmark with a word (cant be a number for the first character).
c) Repeat a) and b) for each point you want to inert text.

-Use Bookmarks-
In the vertical scrollbar you will see at the bottom there is an up arrow and a down arrow. These will move you between the bookmarks.

Select Help|Contents and Index, Index Tab and type "go to command" to get more info on this. Gives you a wee picture so you can see what I'm talking about with the scrollbars.

cheers
