| 67491 | 2002-08-02 02:48:00 | I have a Outlook 2000 (SP2) user that has a strange problem . When he receives mail from two certain users (one a staff member, the other an external contact), their mails are put directly into the trash - they don't go into the inbox at all . There are no rules set up to organise the emails in this manner, has anyone come across this before?? any suggestions? Many thanks ?:| |

| 67495 | 2002-08-03 05:15:00 | What's the operating system? I have experienced Windows NT and Outlook causing problems with rules. If there is a different version of Outlook on 2 computers it can force rules on both while only showing them on one (If that makes sense) Ask your user if he has set up a rule on a different PC Capt Jimbo |
