| 67421 | 2002-08-01 21:48:00 | Hi, I have just purchased a new modem, it connects at good speeds, but there is a little problem I have. It connects at about 48K - which is fine, but it comes in "burst's" it downloads fine for about 2-3 min (approx. times varies) and then, for about 30sec - 1min, it does nothing, no pages load, and there is no data been downloaded. Thne after about 30sec-60sec, it either disconnects or starts downloading again (most of time it disconects) this just keeps on going around in cycles.... I'd be happy to give up speed for reliability, Is there an ATI command or something I could use? Cheers Let me know if u neen any info. |
