Click "Next" Select "Export Favorites" then click "Next" Click "Next" Click the "Browse" button & browse to where you want to save your favourites. The resulting file is small enough to fit on a floppy disc, so I just select the A drive. In this field, you can also change the file name from bookmark.htm to whatever you like. Then click "Next" (again!) Click "Finish" & it's done. Outlook Express? Dunno. I avoid it coz it's a virus magnet. Use web-based email (not Hotmail) instead. |

There are also many programmes that will do this with a minimum of fuss that will backup and compress all folders / addresses and favourites in one single file. Programmes like: Express assist, Outlook Express backup. The latter is the best in my eyes as yiou can also add any other files that yoiu want to the compressed backup. The programmes is only 1.85 megs or there abouts. Let me know if you want the url and i will send or send the proggy direct. Richard |
