| 67214 | 2002-08-01 01:40:00 | Hi, I've a problem when printing several pages to my HP710 Deskjet. This occurs both in large prints of several pages, or when printing several copies of the same page. It occurs in Excel, Word & Publisher applications. The printer stops & eventually throws up a message- "Spool32" Caused a general protection fault in module USER.EXE etc....... Also it take ages (for all printing jobs) for the printer to start, but I can put up with that. The only remedy to the problem is to reboot the PC. |
