When I try to install the JEDI KNIGHTS demo from the August CD-rom, the InstallShield Wizard reads the contents of the package, and begins extracting files. A splash screen appears, then everything terminates with the following announcement: Unhandled Exception Error Number: 0x80070725 Description: Incompatible version of the RPC stub Set-up will now terminate My computer is fairly new, running Windows 98se, with 256 mbs of ram and a 756mb processor. And I realise that several game installations have failed in the past - doubtless saving hours of wasted time. Help, please! George <theandersons10@fastmail.fm> |
