| 68245 | 2002-08-05 06:01:00 | I have 2 Music video files that I need the video part sped up on, but not the sound (They're both music video's off the web) They're in Mpeg 1 format, and want a free editor prefferably. The sound and video just go a bit out of sync and I wanna speed up the video play speed by about 1/2 to 1 fps. Anybpdy got any suggestions or ideas?? Thanks Chilling_Silence |
