68149	2002-08-04 22:49:00	I have 7 user acounts on my computer and on 2 of them i keep getting error messages On mine when i go to trend pc-cillin to scan it scans a email o,k but if i want to do a full scan after 40 secounds a screen pop,s up saying ... pntmain.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close .we are sorry for the inconvienience close i just clicked close untill i found i could move the screen and the scan kept going this only happens on my site i uninstalled pcillin and installed the latest version last night and now i get 50 secounds before screen pops up ????? on the guest account a small screen pops up ist saying Works cannot open: collection 1. the collection maybe locked or maybe opened in another program .try unlocking the collection or closing it if it is open in another program .then try opening it in the works portfolio again ..o,k what does this mean ????? also in this site if i try to use pcillin a screen say,s unable to launch the program with your privileges..please contact your system administraterfor details ... also when i want to use Ashapoo win optimizer on this site it says it has encountered a problem and needs to close and does,nt even start another problem in this site windows messenger is in german how can i get it back to english thanks these problems are only on these to sites the rest all the above work alright in them	johnboy (217)
