| 68113 | 2002-08-04 12:01:00 | Hi all. I have a home net work up and running but there is a minor problem. I have some rouge application that is auto dialing through the modem to the somewhere. Does any one know of any software that I can download that will name the application and the client it is dialing from. I have three PC/s using internet sharing with the main PC on Win ME and the two Clients on Win 98 SE. Any help or directions would be appreciated. Thanks. David ?:| |

| 68114 | 2002-08-04 12:10:00 | davidack, How about trying out COMMVIEW from Tamos_Com (www.tamos.com), which is also available for a 30 day free trial on the August NZ PC World cover cd. Will do exactly what you want. Cheers, Babe. |

| 68116 | 2002-08-04 17:23:00 | Auto dialing??/ as in dialing a number other than your ISP? if so don't worry, it's probably just dialing up a dial in server for a porn site somewhere, some international 0900 type number that is only going to get you charged $5/minute or so. No worrys! nothing a tollbar wont fix, once you payed the several hundred dollar phone bill... |
