| 68285 | 2002-08-05 07:44:00 | Hi, i recently brought a Kyocera FS1010 and installed the latest drivers via the internet, it now prints two pages when printing from Outlook express, ie one page with the message and one blank page, kyocera have tested it and say nothing is wrong, my old kyocera did not do this, is there any settings i can change in OE 5.50.4807.1700 verison i am using to stop this, any help appreciated Tahnks Simon |

| 68288 | 2002-08-05 08:37:00 | HI`,thanks for the advice, it has "none" selected in seperator page, it does it only in OE and a secure web Server i log into, but not in MSword or anything else, its a real pain and it wastes paper, i have tried older driver s as well, it is not using postscript either, Help | sasha (400) | ||

If you are hitting a print OPTION in their site, there is no way you can change it, apart from asking them. If they send a form feed, then you will print it? Be interested in your comment, especially if its just the one site (probably a $#@$#bank!) |
