| 68208 | 2002-08-05 02:07:00 | Good afternoon, My question is, when i have opened internet explorer and go up to the tools button and then try to open "internet options" the computer won't allow me too. What happens is a message comes up which says "this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact your systems administrator" Who is my systems administrator ? this a private pc. It has been like this for a long time and i don't know why or how it was ever changed. Any help will be much appreciated. Cheers |
