| 67999 | 2002-08-04 08:40:00 | Do you mean a .pdf file (a scanner would be unlikely to produce a .psf file) Setup in the scanner software (the way to do it differs with each type of scanner, and there are dozens of makes/typesof software) will usually allow the format to be changed. |

| 68000 | 2002-08-04 09:01:00 | Had a hunt for file extensions on Google. psf appears to be Photo Studio: www.arcsoft.com I haven't used this particular program but usually programs like this allow you to either: - save as jpg or - export to jpg or - save for web (jpg or gif) Ask your friend to look at these options. |

| 68001 | 2002-08-04 10:45:00 | It is a psf file which the scanner sends when directed to email its scanned image.We will give them some idea on how to set another format as default but i gather from the reply that a psf file will not open as an image for me so will have to be sent again in another format.
