1309220 2012-10-28 03:07:00 I have been using a Logitech Y-RH35 cordless keyboard for many years with Windows XP SP3 with no trouble. Recently I have been having intermittent problems such as keys not printing etc. I tried downloading the i-Touch updated drivers from Logitech, but got the message " Sorry, this software is not compatible with your operating system. Blah blah" No explanation why not!! Being old and wise (I thought) I will reinstall from the original i-Touch disk. I got the same error message. It seems I have basic functionality only. Does anyone have any idea what my problem is, or suggest a solution? Richard (739)
1309221 2012-10-30 03:40:00 It may be nothing to with your keyboard per se. I've got a Logitech cordless board and mouse (different model) and get the same thing happen whenever I fire up the Nokia suite to sync my calendar. Have you installed any new software lately? Tony (4941)
