| 1308340 | 2012-10-23 12:14:00 | Was just wondering what people think about adata as a brand. | Slankydudl (16687) | ||
| 1308341 | 2012-10-23 19:14:00 | They're one of the best of the 'budget' brands, to be honest. For something where price is one of the top concerns, and that isn't mission-critical, I would certainly consider them. Performance is not their strong suit as a brand overall (some specific products are pretty good - most are decidedly mediocre, without being bad). | inphinity (7274) | ||
| 1308342 | 2012-10-23 20:02:00 | We sell Adata the USB HD's are good. Weve sold quite a few with no failures. The attached cable is sometimes too short on the portable USB drive though. The Adata RAM is the worst Ive seen. Just too many failures. Even had warranty replacements that were DOA: allways a bad sign I wont buy/sell Adata RAM any more, Kingston is at a good price now. |
