Dot Com was given residence here, his money was welcomed, he has not committed a crime in NZ, and cleared in Germany. But then, the US kidnaps people in illegal wars, transports them to an illegal prison camp in a country which they have boycotted for decades to escape their own laws. They suck!!!! |

| 1284415 | 2012-06-28 10:01:00 | Well even this slippery slimy gumberment will find it pretty difficult to deal with the Judge's judgment. She is the Chief High Court Judge, and she gave the Crown a real serve. Basically she found against the Crown on almost all (if not all) relevant matters. The FBI hasn't come out of this smelling of roses. And the Judge has required the Crown to provide an affidavit showing that the Crown Solicitor authorised aspects of this mess. What this means is that Dotcom has thus far won all of the cases that he has taken to Court. Not looking good for a gumberment if it tries to slide out from under. If I may be so bold, it looks like Herr Dotcom may be staying in NZ - whilst he has every reason to despair about the state of our governing authorities, and the Police who let themselves be bamboozled into the over-tooled-up helicopter raid, he must be loving the independence of our courts thus far... |
