1285144 2012-07-11 08:12:00 I asked my isp (telecom) and they told me to do port forwarding. He sent me a sheet but i still dont know how to do it. Do i need another active internet connection to use this? stratex5 (16685)
1285145 2012-07-11 08:22:00 Call the helpdesk again and get someone else. Interleaving has nothing to do with Port Forwarding. Agent_24 (57)
1285146 2012-07-11 08:35:00 ^ Hes right. It's something they have to turn off at their end, and nothing to do with port forwarding. They obviously didn't know what they were talking about. pine-o-cleen (2955)

I find when I call Telecom's Helpdesk it's about 50/50 if the person will be helpful or has no clue.
