If it's the magazine I think you're talking about. That version of TurboCAD does not support Windows XP.

68373 2002-08-06 12:33:00 I found a really great free software book by PC World. It's Australian but that's OK, they speak English too and you can get it here. The title is the Ultimate Free Software minibook. The CAD program is simple - probably what you need. The only online place to get it seems PC World's Oz site....here is the link
