| 68512 | 2002-08-05 21:39:00 | I can remeber reading an artical (for Windows 95) that said you are able to edit the little icon that appears in the toolbar when you connect with a dial up. Umm, I have Icon Edit and Icon XP (Icon editing programs) but I don't know the .dll file in the Windows System 32 folder that houses the icons for this connection and I am scared that if I edit the icon, it won't work correctly because I think the icon is animated (the flashing to show you if it is send/receiving). Does any one have any ideas? It isn't important but I would love to do this. And on another note, does any one no how to get rid of the "Volume" control icon in the toolbar? I tryed to look in "MSCONFIG" but i couldn't find it. It starts every time I load Windows XP and there is no option to close it or stop it from loading Thanks heaps. James |
