69920 2002-08-13 01:50:00 What software comes with your cd-writer.
Usually it will convert the mp3 to cda format automatically for you. With easy cd creator you just choose the audio option, pick the songs and away you go.

cheers

69922 2002-08-13 04:08:00 That is true for roxio CD-Creator and for Nero - Burning Rom, but those both cost approx. $150-200 each, for $8.95 from your local dairy or supermarket, you can pick up a good read (Sorry, I'm not being a traitor, but it's interesting stuff about burning) and also free CD-Burner software valued @ $60 AUS!
I like Nero, but if you can't fork out major cash, then go for this.
It also comes with NTI CD-Maker, this version allows you to burn MP3s, but it seems a bit unstable. I've tried most, and Nero toasts the competition!

69923 2002-08-13 10:07:00 I have used dBpowerAMP Music Converter, it is free and good. If you go to the site's homepage, you can download a codec for WMA files. I have done this and know it to be true.
