| 69935 | 2002-08-10 05:31:00 | I've been running XP pro for about six weeks on my system with out any probs until recently. For the past 3 or 4 days it refuses to shut down, every time I choose "Turn off" it displays the Shutting down screen and intead of shutting down it restarts(very frustrating...). Someone has suggested a bios upgrade, but that seems a bit extreme especially since it was running fine for so long until now. I have installed a few programs over the last couple of weeks and I could unistall them and re-install them one by one till I find the culprit but I'm a bit to lazy for that at the moment. Is there an easier way???? |
