| 70410 | 2002-08-12 09:57:00 | Ok i need help with MSN Messenger i now got LInux :D (i love it so much i'm addicted) but i've come to a sticky point i'm running from one side of the room to the other to talk to all my contacts/friends and they like me are getting ****ed off i tryed Everybuddy(only downloads my BLOCKED list) tried GAIM don't know how to configure can't find KMerlin what else? Last if one of my users lose their password can i as root view it in the user managment area or do i just have to reset it? that's all for now(i hope forever) p.s. like the new forums - how long they being around? |

Stable computers that dont need to be rebboted every time i fart near them rock! |

As root, you give a new temporary password, and tell the user what it is. Tell her to change that password immediately after login. |

Also GCC 3.11 anyone know where i can get the prebuilt package for it(i686 - Mandrake 8.2)??? i really need i'm going to TRY to complile a couple of programs (so i can try Gabber last i saw the prebuilt packs where un-avalible) |
