71237	2002-08-15 04:54:00	I have an Alcatel Speed Touch USB with XP home edition. Using Jetstream, with Paradise as ISP. After a period of time (usually overnight) I can't 'connect'. I get an error message and upon looking find that the modem password has disappeared. However putting it in again still doesn't help. A re-boot is required, then putting in the password and everything works fine. I have called Alcatel, Paradise & Telecom. No one seems able to help. I also have a problem when shutting down and wonder if it's related to the ADSL problem. After seeing the 'logging off' and then the 'saving your settings' messages screen, nothing more happens. Eventually something must time out because it shuts down, but on restarting goes through it's disc scan routine. Anyone with any ideas?	Dallas (1508)
