| 71482 | 2002-08-16 04:56:00 | Accessing Hotmail. Earlier I posted a request asking for assistance in accessing my hotmail account, as at the moment after keying in my username and password and signing in it just goes to 'The page cannot be displayed' screen. As suggested I have gone into Tools/Internet Options/Security/edit and entered Microsoft.com/hotmail/msn and passport as managed web sites with the setting on always allow and have gone into Advanced and ticked SSL.2.0/SSL.3.0 and TLs.1.0, I have also set my cookies settings at medium and I still am not having any success. Any ideas and thanks to all for your advice Gavin |

However if you just want to access incoming mail and send messages, and have Outlook Express ver 5 or 6 your Hotmail account(s) you access them. Go to <Tools> <Accounts> <Add> <Mail> and follow the prompts from there to set up. |
