72018 2002-08-17 12:13:00 Hey there! :)

I just recently got a old Macintosh Colour Classic from a local school, and I'm going to try to network it to a WindowsXP machine (doesn't that sound like an easy job ;) ). Does anyone know what stuff I have to buy and install and stuff, and even if its possible.

Thankyou in advance! :)

72019 2002-08-17 23:48:00 I don't think it's possible. But I may be wrong. You'd have to buy stuff that isn't around anymore. SoniKalien (792)
72020 2002-08-18 03:12:00 It is possible. :-) But ...

Life is too short. ;-)

72021 2002-08-18 08:05:00 It is possible but I'm not entirely sure as to how you would go about it. I know that the protocol that Apple use is called AppleTalk. -=JM=- (16)
72022 2002-08-19 09:07:00 I have a Mac clone (yes a Motorola machine) and an XP machine on my network although I don't share files, but I do browse the internet on both via TCP/IP. Dolby Digital (160)
