In my add/removes, I have a host of Security Updates for Windows XP, also for Windows explorer. Can I delete them all up to the latest one, without doing any harm? |

No, I would leave them there |

Security updates aren't cumulative, meaning the latest update does not contain all previous ones (this is the job of a service pack). Leave them all there. |

You can, it won't kill it, although why? They're not doing any harm.... |

Thanks for your advice, and I will abide by them. I've got the same sort of problem when I delete the History of all time. There are a few from a couple of months back, that disappear at the time, but when I reboot, they are there again. |
