1310013 2012-11-01 02:49:00 Hi, I drag emails for an Outlook folder to a folder on my desktop so I can store them.
When I do this the date that the email was sent or received doesn’t show anymore. Just the Date Modified or Date Created which is always the date I moved them across. Is there anyway I can retain the date so I can still sort them into when they were received or sent?
Thanks,

1310014 2012-11-01 04:00:00 I think you would be better off using the archive feature of outlook, you can set a directory on the C: drive as the target and move e-mails to the archive within outlook without losing anything, you just get a set of duplicate folders inbox, outbox etc under the archives folder and E-mails stored there appear exactly as they do in the actual inbox. dugimodo (138)
