Pity, I thought you initially made a good point in regards to the passport, But you lack any capacity to back it up.

And yes, i did say so.

I don't need to back anything up.

Anyway, i guess we'll find out tomorrow what hes planning (even though it seems to be the worst kept secret in NZ sport) and the new zealand fans will be frustrated yet again at talent being forced away from their national team so they can earn a decent crust as other professional sportsmen do, shame for NZ, bonus for the rest of the world.

1286714 2012-07-08 09:52:00 I think as long as he does what he has been contracted to do then I have no issue, the boxing thing is a joke, there must have been some serious cash requests in there.
But for league & union he is good, just missing loyalty.

NZ doesn't care about his talent leaving the team, NZ cares because everyone bends over for him and he leaves without so much as a thank you ma'am. We value that jersey and attribute a huge amount of respect to those whose hard work earns them the privilege to wear it on the field.

But being a pom you can't be expected to have any insight on the matter.

Hmmmm, people seemed to care about his talent when he was on the bench and couldn't get in the team, I suspect given the choice the majority would prefer him in rather than out the team.

But what would I know being a pom?

Exactly.

1286718 2012-07-08 10:39:00 Exactly.

Oh yeah that's right I'd know because passion for your team is the same no matter who you support.
Nothing special about the all blacks if you aint a kiwi, we all want the best players and the most success for our respective teams.

Thats right, and you aren't a kiwi, Hence the lack of insight into how we as kiwis view the actions and motivations of SBW.

We want players who are worthy of the jumper, Not hired guns who seek a few minutes of glory and a wad of cash.

Ha ha, don't get me started on non kiwis, oh hang on we are already talking about them as we are discussing the " new Zealand" *ahem* rugby team.

I'd be looking to the players that return the success, couldn't win the world cup before he was part of the team I seem to recall. He's a quality player with alot to offer, definitely not a hired gun to quote you.

Why should he hang around and not make decent money?
Is not his fault the law makers won't allow the best team to be picked. They're fools to let him go, the marketing opportunities with him are infinite, sorry were infinite.

1286721 2012-07-08 11:08:00 Yeah, that waffle pretty much proves my point.

Sorry but you clearly have as much of a clue about our national team as I do about yours.

And I don't even know what your national sport is.

And how is it you don't understand the concept of a hired gun?
