| 1310007 | 2012-11-01 04:26:00 | Each time I start my laptop a notice is displayed saying, "Your computer needs to be restarted to finish the updating process (AVG cannot update important services while the system is using them.) I have restarted the laptop many times since that notice first appeared but it makes no difference. The notice still appears. I'm beginning to get sick of it. Your help would be appreciated.:thanks |

| 1310008 | 2012-11-01 04:31:00 | Could be AVG is corrupted. uninstall it, and use something better, OR if you want to Use AVG, then you may need to completely remove all traces of it and reinstall it. You may need to use one of the removal tools www.avg.com |

| 1310012 | 2012-11-01 23:06:00 | Thanks so much for your help, everyone. Wainui: I uninstalled AVG as you said and it said that I may have to restart a few times, which I did and that annoying message no longer appears. Really good advice. Thanks for that. The message was starting to drive me potty! I shall now go and install MSE. :thanks |
